Who is responsible for your information

Updated: 12 October 2026

Individual Entrepreneur Anzhelika Babunashvili, operating as Greenart, is responsible for information collected through this website.

For questions or requests about your information, email greenarttbilisi@gmail.com or call +995 599 91 41 81.

What we collect and why

When you submit a form, we receive the name, contact details, company name and message you provide. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Other information is optional. Without the necessary contact details, we may be unable to respond.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, understand your space, arrange a consultation, and prepare a proposal or provide our services. This is based on taking steps at your request before providing a service and, if we work together, performing our agreement. Records required by law are retained to meet those obligations.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Such communications require separate consent, which you can withdraw.

We use Wix, Google Analytics and Meta tools to understand website use and advertising results. Depending on the tool, these may process pages visited, referral information, device and browser details, IP addresses, and cookies or similar identifiers. Form submissions and clicks to WhatsApp may be recorded as measurement events. Use of these tools does not mean that every visitor is identified.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. This may affect some website functions.

Access, retention and your choices

Information is accessed by the Greenart representatives and service providers who need it for the relevant work. Wix hosts our website and forms. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy terms also apply. We may use our connected Google Calendar to arrange appointments.

Technical providers may process information outside Georgia. Their privacy documents explain their processing locations and safeguards. You may also contact us for information about a particular transfer.

We retain information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and provide the service. Afterwards, we keep only what is necessary for contractual, accounting or legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your data, a copy, correction, cessation of processing, deletion, restriction or transfer. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email your request to greenarttbilisi@gmail.com. We may reasonably verify your identity to protect your information. You may raise a complaint with the State Audit Office of Georgia or a court.
